Travel and hotel expenses are additional and will be invoiced separately. Tommy will be traveling from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International airport and requests:

- Business or first class airfare on a U.S. carrier
- Standard hotel accommodations plus meals
- Airport Transfers
